About Data Minder:
Data Minder is an on-premise, cloud-ready, web-based data management application built on top of the InterAction DCM which allows firms to define normalization rules that intercept and correct certain contact data fields before tickets are created in DCM, thereby reducing the number of tickets and the time that Data Stewards spend updating data to maintain the firm's quality standards.

Data Minder has proven successful in its launching up to this date. It is an ongoing project at the moment, and we continue to conduct user research, as well as further developing the designs.
